Its biggest features are that it is nearly invisible, removable for easy cleaning, and highly comfortable.

Clear aligners are a broad category of "orthodontic treatment methods" that refers to all orthodontic approaches using transparent, removable aligners to move teeth. Their purpose and function are the same as traditional orthodontics: to improve misaligned teeth, bite function, and the overall appearance of the smile. In addition to Invisalign, there are many other clear aligner systems on the market, such as Taiwan's local SOV digital clear aligners and eCligner. The purpose of lingual orthodontics is to effectively improve tooth alignment and bite problems without affecting appearance. Its main feature is that the braces are bonded to the inner side of the teeth (the tongue side), making them completely invisible from the outside. This is a very good option for patients who care greatly about aesthetics but are not suitable for or do not like clear aligners. Although it may initially affect speech or tongue comfort, the orthodontic results are equally reliable.

Early pediatric orthodontics usually takes place during the mixed dentition stage, when children have both baby teeth and permanent teeth (approximately ages 6-10).
